These guys argue that England gave them their british somaliland borders, yet the UK as apart of the international community has made it clear to them in many UN press statements to return to their clan home-land, so why do they keep repeating the same argument when the whole world including the UK are telling you no such thing ever happened and they don't even support your secession.

This can only be described as a mass psychosis, imagine 8 billion people in the world and their govts telling you not ONCE but MULTIPLE times your secession won't be recognized and the same UK they say gave them british somaliland is telling you they never did.

Even the Hawiye elders went to Somaliland telling them to return to their clan territories and Somalia doesn't need more disruption(dhumis) but more SOLUTIONS(XAL).

Second psychosis point. They saw with their own eyes when Kenya tried to take Somalia water territory, they were taken straight to international court, do they think any nation will violate the UN/AU charter of Somalia territorial unity and integrity without Somalia pursuing them into the international court? So why do you bother with begging 4 recognition when you know this? this can only be described as a mass psychosis.

Somalia post 91 when into a clan-warfare with no political goals, this is agreed by the whole world and untill such time, it is told to everyone to stay in their own clan territories and fix their part of the nation and we assume once various parts of the nation recover, they can then come together to complete Somalia at a federal scale.

This isn't up for debate anymore other then some including me saying federation was rushed and we should've started from a confederation with an end-goal to federation over 100 year time period becuz the current federal govt is already showing to the world and Somalis they are not competent with their current designated powers and leading to tyranny, power abuses, corruption, development embargos and all the symptoms that centralized power comes with from past state experiments(civilian, kacaan) and present in even the current federal govt.

Confederation(all states agree to symbolic federal govt) or Hybrid federalism where PL for example has a separate arrangement like hong kong did with china(2 systems 1 nation model) is the camp I fall into but im still working within the 1 Somalia Model and only propose this system for 100-200 years untill such time a slow/gradual/careful/ transition begins into a federation as long as the SFG have reached important milestones such as public/international confidence, socio-economic development, rule of law, good governance, strong institutions, security, harmonization of regional/federal constitutions(both sides not 1 side) and regional and federal parliament recognizing it, etc.

Somaliland I mean Dir Waqoyi Part has problems internally like Awdal state and Garhajis factor. They need to re-start again and solve that internal issue first and foremost or else their state foundation is very shaky and unpredictable. External matters are far easier then where they can work with the SFG by first 'recognizing' like the whole world did and playing a positive 'role' nationally and using that as evidence that your a mature region to give Somalis and also the world confidence.

Start with either promoting a confederation model for Somalia arguing federalism isn't fit at this time for Somalia due to the SFG power abuses, tyranny, development isbaaro and all the negatives of civilian-kacaan era are representing themselves. PL and the world will be like 'gee' manta wax bay sheegeen that is reality.

Or argue for Hong Kong arrangement(two system 1 nation) model which is what I proposed for Puntland and the SFG to end this deadlock sincee 2016 and demand federation will be slow-gradual over 100-200 year time period untill such time the SFG has reached milestones such as rule of law, good governance, strong institutions, local/foreign confidence, socio-economic development, security, plus regional/federeal constitutional completion and recognition by both side parliaments.

Im not understanding your alternative. Your alternative is somaliand promotes confederationism, whatever that is, what through? -adverts and speeches to the UN? , makes arguments to britian to become a protectorate again so it can have a 'hong kong solution' this time and appeases awadal and garhajis by all means and then we get the somalia we want peaceful, wealthy, no clan violence, no discrimination, no governement corruption and no foreign interference. Are you sure?
