That is fine. Garxajis can take all their areas and make a federal state and I will be the first to support them. Better to be good neighbors than to hold each other hostage in a project that clearly isn't working out.

Something will have to be done about Hargeisa though, possibly a corpus seperatum like Jerusalem due its shared status.
