The gentlemen said he does not help sacad muuse/ HA community in Hargeisa who predominately live in north and west of the city. inaddtion, they happened to be the majority of the city's population.
But, I disagree with the disrespecting habar jeclo because waa tolki and it was uncalled for when referencing Dahabshill.
