The violence resumed, after the district of El Afweyn Arbitration hard today and killed two civilians, after a civil war in this area at this point.

We are talking about the war between the two clans now living in the area of El Afweyn and Gar-adag in the western part of the city, as there are fears of fighting between the two clans.

Similarly, Somaliland's security forces in the Sanaag region, have been accused of being what appears to be ineffective in regards to maintaining law and order.

But, the question does remain how fragile is the peace process in Ceelfweyne which was initiated by local influential leaders......
