Is the agreement a 11th august protest or a change on election policy

The agreement is that there can be a peaceful protest on the 11th. There will be agreed upon security solutions to ensure that protests remain peaceful and cause no damage, destruction or violence.

It is a win for the SL government & opposition. If it pans out as agreed, it would show that peaceful opposition protests are permitted and would be another major step for SLs road towards full democratization.
