Somaliland Government take the biometric technology to another level this time to register government employees and Prevent Ghost Workers.

All governments employees will be vetted and registered through biometrically .

MR Bihi does not have a appetite for corruption . Biometric technology will be save millions stolen from the state and can be reinvested in The Police/Healthcare sector!

I give u one thing, military men seem to be far more less corrupt and more 'patriotic' then any other sub-group. Religious-Secular Politicians-Business men-Experts they all seem to have failed us but military men haven't or someone with a military background. I am not sure maybe it's that culture of being in the military and seeing ppl die everyday in wars for your country it must leave something on their conscious. But they are far more better leaders and we should elect more of them.
