You are making things up without evidence. What I am saying is facts. 2 out of the 3 Shabaab Emirs were Isaaq. They are not stationed in Somaliland even though there are mountains suitable for guerilla warefare. They blow up graduation ceremonies and officials all over Somalia but not their own. The current Emir of Shabaab in Galgala is also Isaaq.
What we know is that the terrorists are exiled from the greater Isaaqistan region. Northerners, including Isaaq, support Southern provinces like PL bringing justice to those Isaaq fugitives. We dont need to speculate about whether they are motivated by Isaaq qabiilism or clan hatred against southern clan.
The other thing we know is that Northerners are devoted and unabashedly loyal to their clans/subclans, which actually prevents the rise of terrorism as long as every clan/subclan wants to avoid provoking neighboring qabiilist clans.
You should see the thread by
@Pwyneth Galtrow about why PL has less terrorism than the rest of the south. I said the same thing: PL has fewer grievances and disputes, clan boundaries are more clearly demarcated, and clan elders are more empowered to resolve disputes without interference from shisheeye/ajnabi terrorists or local warlords.
That situation of clan treaties and equilibrium between clans is the norm in JSL. Less so in the South, except PL where clan dispute resolutions system are more similar to JSL in someways but they still have ongoing disputes between clans/subclans
