The whole thing is on Facebook. Search it up. This is a small snippet to explain where the confusion lies and where people bring this figure 96 million from without understanding. People think it's 96 million that just disappeared from books and went to beileh account.

Another point is, the world Bank and imf audit the records. Means the world bank send people over to confirm the transactions end of the year/month. Systems are in place to know where everything goes. Every dollar is accounted for. Forget whole 96 million just disappearing. The whole debt relief process that started since 2017 would stop and no funds will come from ic until they know where tf the money went.
