I've a feeling exactly that would take place all this bolstering is for show to vote strength. A bite won't take place as something else would happen and they will forget about it so they don't show weakness when failing to enforce

Not sure why they even though to bring it up in the first place if they knew that Somaliland wouldn't back down.

The gov should just focus on drafting a damn constitution and prepping for the elections in 2 years (already lost hope in thinking they'll be able to beat Al Shabaab)
