They MISSED Somalia's slot to make a speech to the UN Security Council

The UN security council is looking for Somalia's representative at 51 seconds

Somalia's representative's finally turns up 15 minutes late. After the vote has already happened starting @13:40 begging for them to not continue the arms embargo. It is so bad... the cringe is real

The worst is when he starts begging the UN security council for money.

"Since we have limited capacity of securing the remote areas along our borders, we call on our partners to invest in our government's capacity"... Nigga turns up to the UN security council with a begging bowl.

Then the nigga starts going on about the Berbera military base, which is nothing to do with the topic. He clearly has Somaliland on his mind rather than the arms embargo. Talk about taking cuqdad to the next level

They're always in time when it comes to charity events but when it comes to the most important issue at hand atm, the arms embargo; they're nowhere to be seen.

Either some foreign factions didn't want us to talk before the vote or FGS itself isn't interested in removing the arms embargo.

Why respect a ppl that support a terrorist group and have failed to wipe out any terrorist group since they stepped into muslim nations affairs? Russia helped syria destroy isis and it wasn't Amisom or the UN. These ppl are snakes! they hate somalis in general because we defied them and humiliated them. They destabilise somali lands and yet some somalis support their qabil more than their own race and welcome them.

Rwanda had a full on ethinic genocide between two different groups and more lives were los than in somalis in the history and they have no arms embargo on them. 15 min late? Brother around 0:44 min the President invites the Somali rep to take part in the meeting and at 1:58 min the ambassador is clearly present seated next to the German representative when the vote is taking place. Plus this arms embargo also affects SL and every other Somali region.

I don't even particularly like or dislike the current administration but I had to call you out with those exaggerated claims.

I seem to have been wrong about the part where the non-council-members are first invited to the meeting. The mentioning of rule 37 of the council's provisional rules of procedure is for the protocol.


Here you can see that the Djiboutian ambassador takes his seat right away not sure about the Eritrean and the Somali representatives. Then the president proceeds according to protocol. Both the Somali and Eritrean ambassadors are seated for the vote.
Don't know if he was on time this time around, yaab badanaa, he reminds me of myself always late for class.
