In malaysia there is this law where sultans from every region become king of malaysia for a while. There is a ruler confederation consisting of every state ruler and they are rotated as kings of malaysia for 5 years each. The king controls the army and his consent is needed for choosing a pm. What do you guys say to having a law like this. This way we can give power thirsty tribe leaders some recognition and power and they'd leave the government policy alone. Then we can vote for politicians who'd better the country instead of everyone voting for someone from their qabil.
