Even Xamar isn’t that bad. I went there recently. It was fun and I was out and about and now they have lots of businesses and activities to do. Hargesia is nice as well and you feel comfortable that their isn’t going to be random Kharxis.
My Xamari cousins back home were shocked that in places like London people get stabbed and mugged. It isn’t really a thing back home because if someone is going to mug you they’re not going to stick a knife in as well. For the most part, senseless murders aren’t that common back home.
