Basically once a week everyone should clean up their own neighbourhood and street. This should be enforced by community leaders and police.
There should be no IDP camps in Mogadishu or any other city. Internally displaced need to be sent back to their own regions.
We should begin with Mogadishu and other big cities. Inshallah the country would start to look a lot better and people more proud of their community.
