Good Question and there is simple answer. In 2020 Somalia debt will be cancel but for that to happen they asked all Somalis include Somaliland to bring a national form. Cause from Feb our debt will be clear then we can request for the infrastructure and more money aid. Coming back to your question PL will not give a single shillin to Xamar.

Taxation from puntland means that it will be collected then distributed for puntland and used for infrastructure ,public services, and government. If you’re against taxation, how can you expect growth?

Recently PL implement Tax on the 9 states part of PL. this called Somalia national tax its just points needed so our debt to be clear so more money comes to us.

Mogadishu can do it too. I think puntland will lose its money to corrupt politicians, although someone like asad is better for the position of authority

Thanks for new tax regulation we started to pay our soldiers monthly basis also many projects across PL without using AID money. Beside that PL budget jumped to 350 million dollar.

It seems that you are amezed by the efforts of reer PL. They worked hard the last years to improve their own state.

One of the reforms being economical growth and strategic allies. It has a reason why PL always wants its own space in the somali embassies, we have our own budget agenda.

If xamar never touced rock bottom and never needed intervention our budget would have been much bigger by now and the state in a different shape.

Might i suggest an investment forum for starters, you can built up from there. And don't forget to tax the businesses.
