Somalia is on track to receive the least amount of aid since the start of its civil war.

Only $202 million has been received so far in the first seven months of the year. I’d be surprised if the total even reaches $350 million by year’s end. I bet Elon personally ordered all aid to Somalia to be cut off on day one, lol.

I’d be celebrating if there weren’t AS in the south. Unless Turkey’s 3rd seismic oil study brings good news, we’re looking at a very tough rest of the decade.

Honestly, I would love to see all of Africa with zero aid for 5 years. See what happens. The people will either rise and kill these corrupt leaders or die with them. Begging for 35 years is unnatural.

Never leave Africa to the elements, otherwise chaos ensues. The status quo has to be maintained otherwise there will be a visible descent into chaos, which will in turn have knock on effects on Asia and Europe.

Its over reliance on aid that drives instability and hinders state building, for example would you think fgs would be so careless on mismanagement if they were tighter on budget ?

Aid has never benefited any country its a tool of vassalage

Call me a coon but I don’t think Africans care or have the capability to change this reality
