Yes most are from Europe and can't get into med school at their own country so they move to Eastern Europe. I know few Somalis in the UK who couldn't get into med in the UK (due to grades) and move to Eastern Europe

Students who have their parents worked at gulf countries can study in Romania if they showed their banks accounts and stable job. But you are too jealous to give any credit to ME and Somalia students

It can have multiple reasons such as tuition or extreme competition. However once they completed their education in Eastern Yurub, other EU countries must accept their diploma's. They have the advantage of speaking the language of their adopted countries which enables them to get a residency.
