Sanaag needs all the help it can get when it comes to development. It is a good step, the Somalia gov should funnel more money into it.

6 new departments heads was to be sent to Canada to be trained , but when those 6 arrived in Canada they went of the radars to claim asylum , they was never part of the government rather a corrupt employee from ministry of aviation sold them the visas.

The staff that will be managing the airspace are the same ones who have been managing it from Nairobi. They've already moved into their new homes. They are not waiting for anyone to be trained.
