I think Somali should secure the 'tribal n kingdom' capital of Africa, as we need to divide Africa across major institutions that exist such as nations-tribes-kingdoms-chiefs. If they have 'chiefs n kingdoms' they will come to Somalia and be apart of the Kingdom-Chief African Union and we will assess what your kingdom-chief is worth using a formula such as population, quality, clan age, history, oral language, wisdom and give u a 'score' and grant you 'representation' quota for your hard work on the continent over 6000 years ago.
