Yeah that is a fair projection, by the way, what Farmaajo did in this sector alone has given him my full respect, prior to him the Somali airspace was controlled from Kenya by the IC, and it was planned to be split up into 5 different sectors coming under different countries, Farmaajo prevented that, so he did not only return control to Somalia but stopped a plan that would be the scramble for Somali airspace. Alot of the people controlling the Somali airspace in Kenya quit the job immediately when he got involved hoping it would sabotage his effort, but he just paid the few that remained well, and boom, now you have fully Somali administered airspace 100% Somali workers, inside Somalia, fully intact, creating more and more revenue each year.
