Somalia badly needs Justice Reform

Everything from the courts

to the prisons

to the enforcers/police officers/police stations (do we even have departments like homicide, vice, narcotics,ettc,,,.?

to the laws.


more bureaucracy is needed an an impartial justice system.

Most cops are nepotism hires.

The whole department is only meant as an alternative social welfare programme for the relatives of those in charge.

That's the last department anyone in power wants fixed as it'll stop them from carrying out their day job as a warlord.

Businesses are more than happy to pay for a competent justice department.

However larger monopolies at the top wouldn't be able to oppress smaller competitors if we had some decent justice around.
