The article says he was inside the car when the shooting occurred and he is wanted as a witness.

Homicide investigators believe a man may have been inside the car at the time of the shooting and that he sustained injuries requiring medical attention.

Police now believe that man could be 21-year-old Osman Mohamed of Edmonton. He is black, 5’10”, with a slim build, brown eyes and black hair.

“We are still trying to determine if Ms. Carothers was the intended target or Mr. Mohamed was the intended target,” said Det. Michael Cavilla.
