Somali Troops trained in Eritrea.

Im not a supporter of the previous President Farmaajo. But if I am fair and just one of the good legacy he has left behind are these troops he sent to be trained in Eritrea. Apparently they are highly trained and in the thousands. If this is true then this is great news in the fight against Al Qushaash.

Not only that he really gave them confidence and the old military march are back honestly they all look and are soldiers compare pre farmajoo
But now I wish they back Somalia is where they should be protecting

I have relatives there who were refused to take them back until the Somali government pays 50 million and they have been stuck there for a year

Yes they do look very professional. They also have Air force training and Marine training which is an add on from old troops.

50m to train 5k troops. They are fighting literal monkeys that train in a jungle with no formal experience. Especially for a poverty country like Somalia that sounds like Farmaajo got fleeced. Give me that 50m, I'll equip 100k Somalis with AK-47s and send them in human waves to AS, that'll probably get the job done.

To be fair, that Frunze Military Academy all the old Somali generals went to gave them 2+ years of Training, even Caydiid went there for 3 years. I think this would've been better if at least 10,000 troops were sent and they were giving education + training not just pure training.

This is either a hostage situation like you said or they are being slowly Eriterianized, which is deadly. I wish all troops (federal states included) were trained by one country instead of several countries, it seems every country is training their own agents for their own objectives.

I wouldn't mind Eritrea training all the soldiers all over Somalia instead of multiple countries but I would suggest their to be

1. Transparency to a degree
2. Cheap and cost efficient (guaranteed no debt)
3. Mix of troop units, i.e. troops from Bari would be in the same group as Bandari troops, troops from SSC will be with troops from Gedo, PL forces with Galmudug forces etc etc (this will help build comradery and hopefully remove some clan bias, encourage the rebuilding of an army that's not loyal to a subclans or mere individual. It will also help fight off radiclization)
4. Somali generals oversee the entire training
5. Monthly reports are giving

We will just have to see what happens with these 5,000 troops first.

People flee Eritrea to dodge military service(free labor for afwerki) that can last for a decade.

As a student, it’s difficult to live here [in Eritrea]. You don’t see a future.... A lot of people think of fleeing the country, but then you see people being arrested and you think about waiting for a better moment.
—Former student, now aged 23, who eventually fled Eritrea after completing high school in late 2015
The system of conscription has driven thousands of young Eritreans each year into exile: an estimated 507,300 Eritreans live in exile out of an estimated population of around five million. Many of those fleeing are aged 18 to 24. Thousands, including unaccompanied children, take the perilous journey toward Europe.
Eritreans flee the country to dodge indefinete militart service. They became slaves to Afwerki free labour.

At Sawa, students are under military command throughout their final year, including during their study time, and military officials subject students to ill-treatment and harsh punishments for minor infractions, military-style discipline, and forced labor, which at times violates their basic rights and cuts into students’ study and rest time. “They are making us into slaves, not educating us,” one former student said.
:damn::damn:
Waryaa @abz1991 Eritrean military is slave labor for Afwerki bùùntooyin buu ku dhisaa caruurta. And its indefinite service. Wallahi Farmaajo is a criminal of highest order.

“Aboow Somalia Xagee ka timid” I bet he was disappointed when he heard shebbelle. Now he has no choice but to bring them back knowing they come from a collective group of different backgrounds :mjlaugh:
