Somali media law or any federal law has no jurisdiction over PL, untill it 'harmonizes' itself with our state laws which Farmajo has failed to do.

All federal laws must be vetted thru regional govt to ensure the federal government is compliant with state laws. That's the process of passing bills. But in this b22n marehan mind he thinks you pass bills thru the lower house which is then signed by farmajo, this is not the process of law making in a federation, that's centralism and abbe siyad style shiit.
