anyone with a brain already knew this was going to be the outcome. A failed state arguing about elections while not focusing on the main issues. We will not be seeing 1 man 1 vote in Somalia anytime soon. Probably not for another 5-10 years

Only place in the world something like this could happen is in Somalia
Who are they, PL says and Somalia obey.
Under Federalism states are represented by Parliament, otherwise no point in having them exist.
The federal government is so sad, no real form of power.
So like most Parliaments in the world

Actually the Somali parliament is divided. The upper house supports the federal states led by Deni whilst it is only the speaker of the lower house who supports Farmajoo.. Remember that parliement means both the upper and lower houses not just the lower house.
If they force this every state should close its doors to federal government
I think we should already splinter into small tribal enclave republics since the older generation have laid the foundation of dysfunction, division and disenfranchisement.
There's no point to go further when we all loath each other to the core Somali unity is a joke , not the Hawiyes, not the Daaroods , not the Dirs and certainly not the Isaaqs, it's undeniable that Somalia is in fact an artificial state

It will never work. Clan boundaries are volatile, there are plenty of areas especially in the south were many clans live together. If every major clan or sub clan formed it's own state we would have about 10 different countries in Somalia and have of them would have less than million citizens. It's going to be much worse than today
