He owns the whole place robots clean the poop, feed the cows, milk the cows, cut the grass for their feed and make electricity off the poop for heating and lighting(free money cycle). I don't know if he was already a millionaire before he started this(looks costly) but its pretty dope actually. He is also donating a few tractors for those interested.
