How can he post something like that. It's even in bold for goodness sake..from my understanding of reading that paragraph the author actually thinks 3 is 1% of 30 because he emphasises on how unfair that allocated share is to the point he says that's it's an insult.
10% of 30 is quit fair considering samaroon are not even 10% of Somaliland population including harti. I don't mind him contesting the share his people got in Somaliland what in fact bothers me is that he is lacking some really basic math skills and logical reasoning yet has such influencing position in society...people that dumb should not be talking to anyone outside their direct family members...
