Somali Muscle Development Potential?

If a Somali worked out, ate 101% clean, slept 8 hours a night and lived stress free, what’s his genetic potential for muscle development?

I could agree with you but then we’d both be wrong

You can't get shredded if your diet is suugo, rice and malawax.

Never understood this.

You can you just need to eat enough to make gains or lose fat and add in something with protein (preferably to hit 1g per pound).
I’ll be eating 1900 cals, 200g of protein and good macros
Man said 1900 cals how old are you and how are you going to fit 200g of protein into that

I’m 17 and 6,3 but a little overweight so I’m cutting my weight. Fitting 200g isn’t that hard tho

Figure out how much you eat right now then drop it by 500 cals, make sure you do that consistently. Also fitting 200g of protein everyday is expensive and time-consuming.

Doesn’t 23andme tell you what genes you have it’s cost extra but it tells you.

You can thank your native East African autosomal ancestry for the height (6'3'').

Yemenis are short AF. This is what I mean with that haplogroups are not that informative. Only tells you about your deep linear ancestry. Not what you look like nor your current race.

It was free and it said I have muscles that are common in elite power athletes. They found 2 variants of a certain protein in my muscle that give me and extra advantage over others. I think this is common for East Africans tho

My dad used to work out every day, for years. He started at 19, and by my age (23), he was stocky, not-so shredded but strong, and with big biceps and a great back. (with strong hibongo legs!)

I think it depends on your family's genetic predisposition and your environment.

When I'm more consistent, I can lose fat at a fast rate and develop upper body muscles in a short amount of time.
Though I was gifted in the Quads region, my calves are relatively smaller than the rest of my body, but they are strong as hell (I can lift 50kg+ with calves exercises)

If you're a Lamagoodle, try with high-intensity workouts (HIIT) and free weight. You can foresee a huge development in your stamina and exponential muscle growth.
I'm less likely to be shredded like a normal Lamagoodle, as my family's history is full of stocky people (even the women are strong).

I was designed to be an Oromo :tocry: :denzelnigga:
