nope. Minnesota is not a death penalty state. He is charged with first degree murder, and man slaughter. The second one is a lesser charge, which i suspect since he is a cop he will be found guilty of. If he is going to be charged at all, it will be the second one where he can serve NO MORE THAN 10 YEARS in prison.
