Somali man returns stolen camels : No curse upon his bloodline!

So, this very intelligent man, returned some camels he stole during a war.

This is a man who understand the curse of eating haram money. He doesn't want to spoil his bloodline and turn them into accursed people.

If this happened across Somalia, you'd notice certain regions suddenly become peaceful and prosperous.

Haram begets haram. Haram money has no barakah, this includes stolen houses, stolen farmlands, stolen "wives" etc. etc.

stolen "wives" etc. etc.

Stolen wives? does this include a scenario where Farax and his beloved Xaalimo wants to marry, but the Xaalimo's father denies the marriage prospects, so they go to a village a few kilometers outside of Cabuudwaaq to marry, but then Ulama show up and say the marriage is not valid because without the father's permission they need to be married outside a 90 kilometer radius of the father's hometown, so the Ulama take Xaalimo back, and when Farax tries to get her back, he's informed that now her father gave her away to someone else? now farax wants revenge because he believes his wife was stolen away from him, but Xaalimo's new husband insist that without the father's permission and the 90-km radius rule, the old marriage was nullified.

Is this a valid example of wife-thievery, and if yes, who's the wife-thief? Xaalimos old marriage prospect or her new husband?

This is a tricky one!

If her father has a valid reason, the first marriage should be annulled tbh.
