She is not racist, you have to know the definition of racism before you actually make threads like this. She was talking about specifically somalis because the interviewer asked her, she doesn’t like that immigrants get treated better by the australian goverment than the people that have been in australia for centuries. If she was racist then she wouldn’t mention other immigrants as italians, greeks and also she said in the interview that she was also european.
