U know a life in old somalia cost 100 camels? that's 100k in todays terms if you assume 1k for a camel, yes it is up and down but that is the genuine price depending on supply/demand and global world. So we should also apply a big fine an jail sentence for murder crimes in Somalia if they are not killed. If he pays blood money that is the fine, but he also has to serve his time as he broke the law. Stiff laws like that keep people not doing stuff. Capital punishment is needed in my opinion, this is their language in miyiga a life for a life if they don't see your 'life' worth taking they will ask for compensation since your an important person or something to the nation. But all the rest is fair game. They don't care for foreigners since their is no history between them lol.
