Such generalization is dumb itself!

Somalis back home lack education (for the most part), and Diasporans live longer, with more wealth.

Back home kids are way more aggressive. I'm a fob myself. They don't develop a "deep voice" but they have a poor education from their parents. They act like hyenas without any rules to follow.


I'd take a Diasporan over a Fob, any day.

Somalis kids back home are funny asf. While diasporan kids are busy watching obnoxious shows like Power Rangers, Spongebob etc, kids back home only have eavesdropping on adult conversations as their only form of passive entertainment. They develop a more mature sense of humor and say the most unexpected real shit.

The epidemic of squeky voiced somali boys has not been addressed enough. Alhamdulillah my voice got deeper. For example nowadays almost all somali rappers have irritating no bass madax xanuun voice. Its becoming more and more visible that some of our brethren have a squeky even as adults.
