I was about to make a thread regarding remembering the gym because winter is coming, and some of u will put on many pounds during this period.
My only critique is go to a gym, get a program from a PT, use Youtube/PT to teach u form and start working out.

Despite all the camouflage, she still looks fat bottom down, it's not normal nor healthy for a women to become that big down there, she is more susceptible to hip fractures.

The entire UK has this issue, a remember a handful of Canadian women that first arrived here (very slim), after 18 months of working in the UK, they looked totally unrecognisable and even their intelligence dropped, this place is truly cursed.

I always thought the American's with far worse diets and their pathetic shill FDA that has made tons of toxic ingredients banned in Europe legal in America would be far worse health wise.

I haven't really met much people from the states to form an opinion but it may be worth examining their typical diets, the once in the UK live on disgusting fast foods and frozen junk.
