I know many Somali families who throw out their children if they start with stupid things and in a city like London where the rent is soaring and you may not have a real job it is tough. Who knows maybe his family is religious and could handle him and his crimes. Also do not think that he can move wherever he wants as he have a criminal past.

We all make dumb mistakes when we are young. Looks like he has learned from his situation though. Its not too late to turn things around.

His English is Somali sijuu accent while his Somali dialect is reer Hamar, he is definitely a Reer Hamar or Barawe, those people are usually soft and not cut for street hustling and or about that life.

There’s no sense of community in the diaspora. Your first cousin or your sibling wouldn’t let you sleep in his/her couch in the west. The guy should just join the army.

You can tell from his accent he is not a real Londoner, he got that swahili talk probably a recent comer from kenya

The guy grew up in Saudi and his family live in West London but his mother says in that video he was probably too ashamed to go home. Some guy who owns a xawaalad has offered him accommodation for 2 years and someone else has offered him an IT course to get him a job. His mother is also very grateful. Good to see Somali's help their own :nvjpqts:
