Somali Education System Needs Quality Not Quantity

I am going to make this thread a critical one becuz education and skills is how human capital is developed and that's what investors need before investing, so education is really tied to investment.

We need an education system that is 'fit and proper' from primary to secondary to university and it must be designed in a way it fits with the local student mentality and culture, becuz the goal is to seek the most quality students, we must not use education as a way to compete in class and put others down, the objective is everyone must win since it's about the over-all result of the education system that matters. The best student must help the less gifted in class, like my dad used to do for others where they were weak.

The best method to education is we should look at the highest performing school, study their approaches and teaching style, study the students and how they absorb information, finally we need to look at the worst performing school and review it for the same details. We should then find out what works and what doesn't. We should also seek western-mid-eastern-far east samples of their education system and most importantly their 'educational results'. If the results are not there or not the results we desire, we can dismiss it.

But studying should be as clear and simple as possible, not complex. If a teacher cannot teach it simply, their not good teachers. When u study something u need to be able to 'vision' what is being taught to you, just like when someone reads you a story, you can 'vision' what is being read, right? well if u want to be good in school, u need to ensure what your being taught u can 'vision' it like u would with a story being read. If it hasn't reached that stage u have 'knowledge' gaps appearing and you need to ask the teacher to explain in a different way.

Teachers must also review their 'teaching' methods if it is leading people not to absorb the information like they would a story.

For God sakes we don't want the african american school model that is out of touch with their students and leading to horrendous results. That's why it's absolute of importance we craft an education system that we know will produce the best students and quality skills so we can sell our local talent pool to investors.
