Then the other 6 months of the year they have a drought or famine. With kids with fat stomachs and flies around their mouth.
Bearing in mind this is all precious fresh water.
A normal sane people would build dams, reservoirs, irrigation canals.
Spending money on training people to become civil engineers or in water management would fix this Instead they waste money on Qat from Kenya or Ethiopia.
Are these people even normal?
