Don’t listen to those twitter folks, warya. He finished his sentence but the Home Office wanted him gone but they couldn’t deport him when Somalia isn’t deemed safe. However, they kept him in over a year waiting for Somalia to be safe. It goes against his human rights. The judge was looking at this from a legal perspective not a moral perspective since this was a civil case. Not a criminal appeal case.
