The only Hawiye port is to finance FGS while the three other ports shall finance federal member states. And Hawiye federal memberstates are to be deprived of any advantage from financing FGS, since FGS is expected to provide same investment to every region, while not collecting any revenue from those regions.

Y’all need Banadir state soon. Then govt send more share of aid to portless states otherwise they will just tax and put up isbaaro for anything crossing their state line which will destabilize economy and reduce demand due to folks being priced out of goods they might have purchased
