It’s not that he stole funds, it’s that he did it without giving the higher ups their cut. Stealing funds is the norm in Mogadishu by people from all clans
Is he point 5 by any chance? He looked Benadiri to me.

I don’t even know who the guy is but if he is a .5 that could be another reason he got locked up. .5 aren’t allowed to steal funds
