Why have multiple kids if you can't take care of them, atleast maintain the house the government gave you.

Its not goverment house. Its company owned and the company wants to demolish and build new apartments. They are offering that all the families can come back once construction is done.
They are also helping with deposit for new apartment.

I hope they find some housing before winter kicks in.
