Those specific soldiers are either undisciplined in mannerism or this issue is rampant on a larger scale in the army. Which ever it is, I hope people aren't surprised when the locals don't hold, what's supposed to be, respectable and impartial social institutions, to high regards. Especially when we lack the basic principles. This isn't limited to the army either. In any case, we have a long way to go in the state building process.

I do agree to a certain extent. But even then this narrative that AS is Rx and Madow is factually incorrect. There is a high percentage of hawiyes in AS.
