It’s because showing your hair is seen as more taboo than wearing tight clothes and doing provocative poses for the sexual gratification of a stranger.

This is why the Somali obsession with teaching little girls to wear hijab makes little sense.

You should be having the talk with your sons and daughters at puberty and having an open conversation with as little judgement as possible. You can teach your daughter how to dress modestly as a woman when she’s a young WOMAN.

First of all i don't believe they have little knowledge about hijab, but ok lets give them the benefit of the doubt and say they don't have much knowledge to hijab.

There's literal videos of them twerking on social media, so the only thing they have little knowledge to is respecting themselves.

Btw I don't believe making little girls wear hijab after all its to cover from men, so what's a 6 year old have to cover from men.

Our parents got it wrong sis there's no where in the Quran or Sunna where it says make little girls cover up.
