Sleep longer and Earlier

I slept 12 hours last night, can't believe it but i woke up feeling so refreshed :ahh:this whole week i was sleeping 3-4 hours a night (i had finals) so it was a good change. I'm telling you guys, sleep long and sound at night, it'll do wonders for you in the morning

As Benjamin Franklin puts perfectly:

"Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise".
