There is something wrong with a man who steals, create divisions amoung the masses. As well as, tribal injustices through discrimination. Yet, at the same time .. he calls himself a president. A man who displays his tribalism in a middle of a funeral service. On top of everything, in this picture he rejoices amoung the masses in an ostentatious way inorder to mask his tribalism. Oodweyne has no schools, healthcare, ambulances, infrustructure and the road between hargeisa to oodweyne is reported to be unsafe. Oodweyne is like many cities in Eastern Somaliland. Such as, Burco, erigavo, caynaba, LA in which they are grossly underfunded.
