When Silanyo went senile he was among those Kulmiye leaders stealing funds. I’ve seen his house in hargeisa before he became president it was huge. Unless he sold some lands I don’t see how he could have came up with the money besides corruption. Although I do suspect he sold some land as he is currently stealing land from others. Clearly he is just trying to get back
