The Elderly gentleman defended muuse bixii and apologised on his behalf. It is not the first time muse bixii made tribalistic actions and statements in his presidency. Muse bixii and nuux taani ( "nuux baasto") has created division in the SL army due to tribalism. It was also reported a subclan of the west hargeisa community army soilders was sent to the eastern part of the country.
