If lughaya and dilla become part of Gabiley it will form 4 degmos which would be Arabsiyo, gabiley, lughaya and Dilla.
Personally, i think it has to do with saameegabsee in parliment and house of elders in which there is 11mps combined for both awdal and salel.
If the four degmos are formed then there will be equal turnouts for mps such as 5 subeer awal/SM and 5 gaddarbirsi since there are 10mps for gabiley. Therefore, It could bridge the gap with regards to lack of representation in parliment and house of elders.

Well, we all underestimated the size and influence gabiley has in somaliland. I drove passed it once when i was traveling from hargeisa to boorma, i thought gabiley and arabsiyo was a small tullo with no more than 50 people. But, i guess i was wrong...

Gabiley is a huge town but Arabsiyo last time i was there always felt like tulo. Anyways both of them are growing fast as power in Somaliland is concentrated in Habar Awal hands. Also Wajaale and Berbera are growing fast too. Your people are eating good ninyahow since you guys are running the show.
