That's good, but more coastguard stations are needed. Aside from Saaxil, I have barely seen any coast guardsmen in other coastal towns east of Berbera. They should especially keep a close eye between Shalcow and Conqor. too much suspicious activity over there like Oromos doing tahriib, illegal fishing etc.
They should guard the mountainous areas as well because I saw on one occasion indhoyar buuraha galaya...probably stealing gold and whatnot.

Them yemenis are stealing our fish and selling it in yemen without paying any sort of taxes, it's broad daylight robbery. Fishery is one of the big sectors that creates a workforce especially for the ones who are not educated. Somalis have skilled and unskilled population. Majority is unskilled, we need to save our fishery sector so the unskilled future jobs are not lost.
I am seeing farms pop up in galkayo northern area in google earth, it looks pretty big but not sufficient to satisfy the city needs. We need calmadow and I say this because it will be far cheaper turning that soil into farms then it is turning other areas of PL. Calmadow is already fertile and doesn't need much investment compared to arid areas of PL which requires alot more investment to get the same production.

Yeah, but they should hire more guards because the ones in Sanaag are too few. Not to mention most of them are too busy doing other stuff like escorting beeyo to Berbera(and other places), terrorizing the poor indhotooshle fishermen etc.

PL people are very anti foreigner sxb similar to issa people. It's because of our historical sultanates, but we are soft on somalis who harm us which I want to change.
