This is not illegal. Went though the courts since his arrest in October and he’s been sentenced to two months for disobeying government orders on not promoting Shabaab propaganda.
I’m surprised the government and courts has shown some backbone, not bending to pressure from the IC. To fight Shabaab, no one should hide behind ‘free speech’.

Some idiot decided to release him. Mahad salad laid down the law to the garsooka apparently. Said he’ll sack all of them if they don’t re-arrest him and carry out the sentence.
Fucked up system
2 men awaiting trial for the murder of the son of a police officer was killed by the father inside the court in Jowhar just a day ago. There is absolutely no court system.i didn't know somalia had a court system
