Depends how good are you how long can you hold a note? How would you rate your Falsetto/crescendos game it really depends whats with the rush. If your legit starting from the bottom it will take more than a year If you trying to sound like a airy cadaan girl singing a random indie song 4 months tops if you want to actually sing it will take a bit longer than a year.

I want to improve as well. My voice is good but not magical. I’m ashamed to admit that I can’t hold a note. I search up “easy songs” on google and try to make my voice sound its best. @Muji asked me to sing an Usher song a few months ago and I pretended like I never saw her request. I attempted to sing the song a few times but my voice wouldn’t stop cracking. I refuse to embarrass myself like that. I’m in a rush too sis. I want to write music and make big money.

I do have a husky voice, so I could possibly reach this level.

I can sing fluently in afaan Oromo because it is already very similar to Somali. Not to mention, my aayo from my dad side is Oromo so that shit just rolls off my tongue
